The story starts in Italy — acting and television first. After hosting more than 300 live shows and producing several of his own, Andrea moved into independent production and created the first web series for Sweet Years, a major European fashion brand.
The success of that operation landed accounts like Pandora, Lacoste and Sperry Top-Sider — pioneering the social media and digital revolution before it had a name.
Ran all of Sephora's social media, creating some of the brand's most successful social strategies — and driving the newly launched e-commerce to $3M a month from its 2011 debut.
Relocated to the United States.
Became Vice President of the emerging energy company — responsible for marketing, public relations and part of the sales organisation. Thanks to the work of the whole group, APG became one of the most profitable and fastest-growing companies in the United States, going from $24M to $386M in four years.
Starts touring the world for public speaking — delivering over 1,873 seminars across the globe, from South America to Europe, Asia, South Africa and the United States.
Acquired new marketing initiatives with Monarchy — rapidly reaching award-winning results: the Game Changers Award (2021), Amazing Place to Work (2022), and the Inc. 5000 multiple years in a row.
The first TV show produced and aired with ABC and Hulu — produced through Serendipity Group Inc., the production company owned by Nicole, Andrea's wife and business partner.
Launched Wanted Fertility — a proven clinical fertility protocol turned into an accessible app, helping families achieve pregnancy better, faster and cheaper. More data, less silence.
