1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this Site. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings and landmarks.
• Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, including the menu and image lightbox (Esc closes it).
• A light/dark display toggle and color choices designed for contrast.
• Reduced-motion support: background videos are replaced with still images when your system requests reduced motion.
• Responsive layouts that work with zoom and small screens.

3. Known limitations

• Some videos are decorative or do not yet include captions or transcripts. We are working to add captions to spoken-word videos.
• Some archival photographs and press images have limited alternative text.
