1. Who we are

This website, andreadagostini.com (the "Site"), is operated by Setareh LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), the company through which Andrea d'Agostini's personal-brand activities are conducted. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Setareh LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. 2. What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form or ask to join a waitlist or launch list, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operation of the Site.
• Preferences. The Site stores your display-theme choice and your cookie-banner choice in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device; we do not receive them.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data through this Site, and the Site is not directed at children under 16.

3. Why we process it (lawful bases)

• To respond to your enquiry — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you updates you asked for (e.g., podcast launch list) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• To keep the Site secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. The Site currently runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

5. Sharing and third-party requests

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to enquiries (such as website hosting and email providers), under agreements that restrict their use of the data. Note that some page resources are loaded from third-party servers — web fonts from Google Fonts and certain images from monarchy.io — so those servers receive your IP address when a page loads. 6. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your personal data will be processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and mailing-list data until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires longer retention.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. 9. California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them by emailing info@andreadagostini.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
